Damn these urges...

Ruger has introduced a SP101 .357 with a 4.2" barrel, fiber optic front and adjustable rear sights aimed at the IDPA market...

Yeah, I know it takes away from the entire "small frame - large caliber" aspect of the SP101 and compared to other pistols with the same barrel length it offers only 5 compared to 6 rounds normally found in a gun like this...but the SP101 has always caught my eye for some reason....

...me like...
....ME WANT!!!

damn, but that's a fine looking gun there....

I read something else interesting in another article about the 4.3" barrel length...this will also make the pistol legal in Canada, which has a 105mm (4.13") minimum length requirement on hand guns...
